PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS Kitchen & Laundry Renovation & Other Interior Improvements

DESIGN SUMMARY Reconfiguration of the layout, taking on both the Kitchen and adjacent Laundry Room included changing the desk area to a media cabinet and recharging station. The pantry closet was enlarged while the angled cabinets now draw the eye away from the kitchen’s narrow, galley shape. Facing northwest, the old kitchen was consistently covered in shadows. Corrected problem with a beautiful combination of general, task, and ambient lighting with natural, incandescent, and LED light that provides a brighter, more open feel. Behind the cabinet doors, special surprises that elevate the kitchen into a luxurious space. Cabinet trays roll out, as well as a trash cabinet, making life easier. Hooks hang in all the right spots, including broom hooks in the tall utility cabinet and in the laundry room. The drawers hold a cutlery divider along with pots and pans drawers, file drawers, and so much more. This is a kitchen that works! Kitchen sink is an Elkay quartz, single bowl sink with an offset drain, finished off with drop dead gorgeous Cambria quartz countertops in Berwyn. And our client can't get enough of her new GE Café gas double oven with convection—all in one 30” unit.
