PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS 2nd Floor design to include Children’s and Teen Ministry and flex space for future growth projections. Physically and visually differentiate the children’s space from the teen space. Design to include acoustic control and kid-friendly finishes that have long life cycle and ease of maintenance. Space allocation to include Warming Kitchen, Receptions, Elevator Lobby, Classrooms, Restrooms, Game Room, Lounge, Storage, and larger flex spaces.

DESIGN SUMMARY Organized and formed space to move people in a circular flow with multiple points of ingress/egress for easy wayfinding and building continuity between 1st and 2nd Floors.

Planned space and utilized 2 color palettes to differentiate spaces. The children’s color palette promotes endless possibilities for ever-changing children’s educational themes.

Filtered natural lighting into deeper interior spaces by placing windows along corridor and adjacent rooms.

Developed flex spaces that include Activity Rooms and a Multi-Purpose Room for a wide range of ministry activities and growth.

Arranged acoustical ceiling clouds with contemporary pendant lights as an artful solution for sound attenuation in the Multi-Purpose Room in conjunction with floor and ceiling finishes with higher NRC ratings.

Liaised between Client and General Contractor and other entities to foster good communication among all involved on project, help solve problems, and protect design intent for a better project experience for all.
